The Change Lobbies™
READINESS
This Lobby assesses users preparedness for the specific change that they are being asked to do. As an individual you only move onto other lobbies once you are ready to succeed.
AWARENESS
This Lobby focuses on four big areas to create knowledge and understanding within the user about the change. This Lobby is one which is regularly updated and there is often a need to return to check new or updated information.
ENGAGEMENT
This Lobby is the centre for co-creation, active feedback and passive feedback, ensuring that niche information that the users possess about how the solution and the implementation can be improved gets to the project team at an appropriate time to reduce and remove rework and excessive iterations.
TRAINING
This Lobby is for the delivery of all required training, whether foundational training, knowledge, understanding or skills for the change itself, or attitude changes required for working in a new way. This is available for them to return to as refresher or legacy training when that is necessary for them.
INTERNALISATION
This Lobby is the final one and focuses on user adoption of the change, making the change stick and focusing on integration of the change with the rest of business as usual. This is largely driven by behaviour change interventions but also allowing early adopters to help the rest of their colleagues adopt the change successfully.
